Zechariah 8:14-23

Let us learn three things from what the LORD of Hosts said in the latter half of Chapter 8.
The first is to have faith that His Word will be carried out, and not to be afraid. God said that He would give blessings. God speaks what He has decided, and surely carries it out. No matter what situation we are placed, we must have faith that God will carry out His will as in His Word, and we must not be afraid.
The second is to pursue truth and peace. This is what pleases God. And God Himself is truth and the Prince of Peace. We also need to have fellowship with the LORD and to walk in truth and in pursuit of peace.
The third is to be such ones that give positive influence to people around us. It was prophesied that foreign nations would seek the face of the Lord ( to entreat the favor of Him). It would be a blessing if we could testify to non-believers and could be the ones that give positive influence to others.
Nothing is impossible for God. The LORD is the one who hears our prayers. Let us pray to the LORD, so that we will be the ones that give positive influence on people around us.
