Ephesians 1:11-12

Today’s passage also describes the blessings God has given to Christians. We can enter the kingdom of heaven.
First, we should know about the kingdom of heaven. It is a place that exists in reality, a place beyond human imagination. It is a place where we can meet and be with Jesus, and where we can reunite with brothers and sisters who have gone to heaven before us. It is a place free from death, sorrow, and suffering. It is a place where we serve our Lord. It is a place to deeply savor eternal life.
Second, we should know that those who are saved are predestined to inherit the kingdom of heaven. By God’s grace and plan, we have been saved and made heirs of the kingdom of heaven.
Third, we should know that when we acknowledge the kingdom, our steps of life shall be changed. We shall be freed from the fear of death and begin to walk with hope. Our priorities shall be changed, and we shall walk faithfully toward the Lord, loving other souls as we walk. Also, we shall begin to walk for the glory of God.
Are we walking our lives with our eyes firmly fixed on our destination? Let us walk steadily, without losing sight of our destination.
