Be filled with the Spirit!

Ephesians 5:18-21

This passage describes how Christians, who have received God’s grace, should live.

It commands us to be filled with the Holy Spirit. This does not apply only to some special believers. God commands all Christians to continue to be filled with the Holy Spirit.

What changes are coming when we are filled with the Holy Spirit? We become ones who praise God and encourage others. We also come to give thanks to God for everything. And we become humble.

Lastly, how can we be filled with the Holy Spirit?

The first is to let the Holy Spirit reign you.

The second is to let God’s Word dwell in our hearts.

The third is to keep praying and asking the Lord.

With what do we hope to be filled as we walk our lives? Let us be filled with the Holy Spirit, praise the Lord, and walk in the path of His will!
